Sikås 74 – have all, still so small

The new building must be kept in size similar to the previous building on the site by the shore. We picked up our drawings of little Sikås 74, a smaller variant of Sikås 100 which is in our range today. Our little house fits nicely in the sensitive place. And as the carpenter says: The house has everything, but is still so small!

The floor plan is like Sikås 100, but with slightly smaller dimensions. In terms of price, the two models 74 and 100 are not that far apart, but sometimes it is extra valuable to find a smaller house - especially if it has everything!
