Kaxås 76

Kaxås is Arvesund’s biggest Jämtland barn where two whole storeys give no less than 76 m2 living space. With 2 – 3 bedrooms, sauna, two toilets and a big kitchen, this house holds what is most important in a very limited living area. The big vestibule relieve the pressure on the rest of the house from closets and storage. Instead the space of the house can be used depending on one’s needs.

The house opens up in the front with a double leaf door of glass. The windows are small, catching the air openings of the old hay barns. At the same time this brings down the energy consumption.
