Goije is really a classically beautiful barn. This small model is created by having taken away the passage and the accommodation part from the original model. What remains is a small Goije looking like any hay barn.

These 46m² can either be fitted up as a small holiday house with a sleeping loft. Quite sufficient for two persons. It can also be completely opened up as a studio, attached to the big Goije. Goije 46 can also be delivered as an un-insulated shell without windows and doors, used for storage or a garage, etc.
